It supports basic arithmetic operations, respects order of operations (PEMDAS), and includes exponent support (^). While not a full scientific calculator, Calc8 handles irrational numbers, negative values, and parentheses with ease.
You can toggle between Octal and Decimal modes using the mode switch at the top. In Octal mode, prefixing a number with # allows you to enter base-10 values directly (e.g., #9 becomes 11₈).
